Tempora mutantur, nos et mutamur in illis
One thing that I keep forgetting to discuss is the actual meaning of “Tempora Mutantur”. It is derived from a a Latin adage meaning “times change”, or more precisely “the times are changed”. If you translate it poorly enough, it can also mean “these are mutant times”, which is my preferred interpretation.
According to Wikipedia, it is also stated as the longer form “Tempora mutantur, nos et mutamur in illis”, meaning “Times change, and we change with them” – or perhaps “These are mutant times, and we too are changed by them”.
