November 26th Skype Session

On Saturday, November 26th, I had the good fortune to run both a Tabletop game and a Play-by-Skype session of Tempora Mutantur. Here is a brief (and deliberately evasive) session log of the evening Skype game…

In previous sessions, a group of PCs set off from Crestone to locate the tribe of Crow-that-Dances. Richard the Tainted and Silent Jack were stationed at the Farmyard; while Crow, Gunnar, and Zieser Three-Arm located and befriended Crow’s tribe, which had been attacked by “metal men” and retreated further into the Forest of Eyes.

The Skype game was broken into two segments; in the first, Professor Dogface learned of the events at the Farmyard. In the second, the other PCs discovered the source of the mysterious radio transmissions.

Well, it’s a bit late but here is another session report. On Saturday 22-Oct-11, I ran a short Play-by-Skype game. Moses played three PCs – Crow, Gunnar, and Zieser. Richard and Silent Jack also joined the group as far as the abandoned farmyard.

Crow’s Diary entry (below) will serve as the session log for this adventure. XP awards and referee notes from me will be added as comments.

Skype Saturday?

Posted in Game Planning with tags , , , , on 20-Oct-11 by K-Slacker

Do YOU have what it takes to brave a savage land of radioactive waste crawling with mutant creatures?

I’ve run a Skype session every Saturday evening for the past three weeks in a row. I’d like to make it a regular event – Skype Saturday.

We have two active “story threads” right now – the exploration of the Eden Prairie Vault Complex, and the investigation of Mysterious Radio Transmissions. Depending on which players are available, we can continue either of these – or start a new adventure.

So leave a comment here if you’ve been lurking and are interested in trying out a game. (Alternately, you can e-mail me at kslacker23@gmail.com)

UPDATE 18-Oct-11: Crow’s diary log has been added. The Player Characters, NPC Roster, and Campaign Map have also been updated.

I ran another one-on-one Skype/Twiddla session with Moses and three characters (Crow, Gunnar, and Richard the Tainted).

We continued with the storyline from the last Skype session, with the goal to determine the source of the mysterious radio transmissions.

Crow’s Diary entry (below) will serve as the session log for this adventure. XP awards and referee notes are appended as comments.

Moses and I ran an impromptu one-on-one Skype session tonight. A group of PCs from Crestone set out to determine the source of the mysterious radio transmissions. Further information will be posted when I get around to updating the gameblog…

In the meantime, here’s the revised campaign map:
